Öffne Hoply → Einstellungen → Konto → Konto löschen und bestätige. Konto und Daten werden sofort und endgültig gelöscht.
Open Hoply → Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately and permanently.

Per E-Mail / By e-mail

Du hast die App nicht mehr oder spielst ohne Konto? Schreib an games@madgeeks.de mit dem Betreff „Konto löschen“ und deinem Freundescode (steht unter Freunde) oder der E-Mail-Adresse deines Google-/Apple-Kontos. Wir löschen innerhalb von 30 Tagen und bestätigen dir das.
No longer have the app or play without an account? E-mail games@madgeeks.de with the subject “Delete account” and your friend code (shown under Friends) or the e-mail address of your Google/Apple account. We delete within 30 days and confirm it to you.

Was gelöscht wird / What is deleted

Konto und Anmeldung, Spielerprofil (Name, Skin, Level, Rekord), Freundescode, Freundschaften und Anfragen, Geschenke, Push-Kennungen und der Cloud-Spielstand.
Account and sign-in, player profile (name, skin, level, record), friend code, friendships and requests, gifts, push tokens and the cloud save.

Was bleibt / What is kept

Der Spielstand auf deinem Gerät bleibt, bis du die App deinstallierst. Kaufbelege bei Google Play, Apple und RevenueCat bewahren wir so lange auf, wie es gesetzliche Pflichten (z. B. Steuerrecht, bis zu 10 Jahre) verlangen. Absturzberichte löscht Crashlytics nach 90 Tagen.
Progress on your device stays until you uninstall the app. Purchase records at Google Play, Apple and RevenueCat are kept as long as legal obligations require (e.g. tax law, up to 10 years). Crashlytics deletes crash reports after 90 days.
